Athletic Auction Update

Hello!

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to all the parents who have already signed up for donation items for the Auction baskets.  We are getting close to having all of our basket items complete.  We could use some gift cards to finish off the baskets, so if you are able to purchase one or get it donated we would be grateful!

As a reminder, we would love to have all items collected by 1/19 so we can put the baskets together and photograph them for the auction website.   Please contact any of us to make arrangements for pick up or drop off of items.

Date/Time

The Auction is on Saturday 2/8/2025.  The doors will open at 5:45 pm.  Food will be put out starting at 6:30 pm.  The live auction will begin at 8 pm. At this time the silent auction will be closed and finalized.  A "Heads or Tails" game will be done as the final event after the live auction.  This is a fun 50/50 type event where 50% goes to the Athletic Department and 50% goes to the winner (unless the winner decides to donate their winnings).  Beads will be on sale for $20 (set of 3) and will be available at the event. 

Food and Bar will close at 8:30 and auction Winners can begin checking out their basket.  If you are not present to pick up your basket, we will make arrangements for pick up/drop off. Doors will close at 9:30 pm. 

Tickets

We now have the link available for purchasing tickets. Feel free to share this with your family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. The more participants we have, the greater our chances of raising funds. This link also allows you to bid on the auction baskets, so please register regardless. The boys' baseball team is tasked with buying at least 32 tickets, but that should be easy because the auction is a great night out and we look forward to seeing many of you there! Additionally, we want to ensure our coaches are taken care of by providing them with tickets so they can attend the event as well. If you would like to sponsor a coach, please let us know!

There will be 3-5 corporate tables for purchase for $1000 per table (10 seats) These are the only sit-down tables at the Auction.  Please reach out to any groups or corporations you think might be interested.
