Dear Chaparral Baseball Families,
The Chaparral Athletic Department will be hosting its 15th Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser on February 8th at The Legacy Campus Center in Lone Tree. Please mark your calendars and look forward to more information to come. Our baseball program will benefit directly based on the items we can sell at the auction, so it is important to make a group effort for a successful fundraiser. Every baseball family is asked to donate to the auction in some way.

WAYS TO DONATE:
Give a financial donation, be done with it and avoid the nagging. Use either the Venmo handle @karen-tyler-3, or you may contact any of us for a cash or check pick-up.
Gather fellow baseball families and create a themed basket of your own. Ideas on the signup genius are just a start! Feel free to create your own Basket Theme. You can identify that on the Sign Up Genius or just text us what you plan to do.
Procure a donated item from your favorite store, restaurant, or any place you have a connection. Vacation rentals, sports tickets, sports memorabilia, etc. are huge hits! Letters for Business Owners, Tax ID and Receipt are attached to this email.
Obtain some of the suggested items on the signup genius or feel free to add your own ideas!
If you have large baskets to donate, we would appreciate them!
Items are due by January 15, 2025. We are happy to arrange pick up or drop off!
